The cost of this holiday is £2950 (based on sharing a twin room). There is a single room supplement of £250. The cost of the additional four nights in Istanbul is available on application to Rufus Reade Tours.

The cost of the holiday includes your return flight with Turkish Airlines from London Heathrow, two internal flights in Turkey as described in the itinerary, all accommodation in hotels (as detailed in the itinerary), light lunches or picnics (except in Istanbul), dinners, transport, entrance charges (except in Istanbul) and tips to local staff. The hotels are given in the itinerary to indicate the standard we are aiming for. If any of these hotels are not available we will get the closest in standard, location and atmosphere as is practical! In the hotels we can expect bedrooms with attached facilities. The cost of this holiday does not include drinks, laundry, camera permits, phone-calls, and personal purchases. British nationals currently need a visa to holiday in Turkey which is available on landing for a fee of £10 (subject to increase). The tour is accompanied by an English speaking local guide and British tour leader. The tour has a minimum size of 9 and a maximum size of 22. The itinerary is published in good faith though changes may be forced on us by adverse weather, poor roads or local advice. In the event that the governments of Turkey or the UK announce any new taxes these will be passed on to you. Once we have received our minimum number of bookings we will write to confirm that the tour is going ahead. In order to book we ask that you return a completed booking form together with your deposit of £295 (made payable to Eastern Approaches). Eastern Approaches are registered with the Civil Aviation Authority and have an ATOL number 9445. It is very important at the time of booking to alert us to any variations to the flights that you may want (for example flying back later) since airlines are increasingly unwilling to accept changes later on, or may impose a heavy charge for doing so. It is a condition of booking that you have your own travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, interruptions to travel arrangements caused by adverse weather, and travel delays.
