To make a booking we ask that you print off pages one and two of the booking form, (the file should open as a pdf (portable document format). Please complete both pages of the booking form and post it along with your deposit to

Once the tour has got its minimum numbers the cheques will be forwarded to Eastern Approaches, and you will be sent a confirmation. If you decide not to take up your place you have 14 days in which to notify us and your money will be returned in full.

After 14 days our normal cancellation conditions apply (please ask to see a copy of the Booking Conditions if they are not sent to you).

Please print off the booking form, complete it and send it to us with the deposit.
